BEEF KUEY TEOW LADNA (special menu for our guest - Saujana Golfer)

Today we will show you our special recipe

spring onion leaves, ginger

Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic and stir fry kuey teow and stir well....
Dish up and serve in the plate.
before that you need to marinade the beef with seasoning sauce to allowed the meat to absorb the flavor..

 Stir fry beef with garlic and ginger..(recommended to use Ribeye Beef)

 Add in chicken bone soup stock. Bring to boil...
(you have to prepare your chicken stock first ok.;))

 Add in topioca flour. Stir well.Add in egg ..

Beef Kuey Teow Ladna ready to serve...
